They lied to us while selling and post sale services are the worst. Salesman won't respond and when you are persistent on follow up, they will put allegations on you. I was sold a fridge with water and ice dispenser. When I argued that water is not cold.. I was told when did we say it will be cold water. Put a water bottle in fridge for cold water. Also to add, our dishwasher handle came out. When approached, I was told to contact the company. 0 support!!

Excellent customer service ...in store and at time of delivery . All my questions were answered in a friendly manner . I highly recommend appliance shopping at Trail Appliance in Cloverdale .
