Very rough driving by driver of company truck.
We received a broken cooktop. The people at Trail promised to resolve the matter. They made us run pillar to post for 4 months & no solution!!! They want to just rip off customers. Each agent passes the problem to the next. Everyone talks same stuff, no one is actually there to serve. All they are thinking about is their profit. The cooktop needed a cut out, and they wanted to replace it & mess up our brand new kitchen! Unbelievable!!! Be careful, you can be fooled!
Absolutely terrible experience with Trail Appliances. I bought a brand new cooktop and received a defective unit. After weeks of back and forth, they finally admitted it couldn’t be repaired due to non-availability of parts. It took them over 5 months just to offer a replacement — but only if I paid extra. Worse, the new cooktop doesn’t fit. Their solution? Cut my brand new, high-end kitchen countertop, leaving me with permanent damage, mess, and dust — all because they sold me a faulty product.
