Last week we bought a new Miele dishwasher from Trail. We received excellent advice and super friendly service from Kash Rauf. The recommended installer was also a winner with meticulous and friendly service. If you are in the market for an appliance, I can warmly recommend Kash and Trail

Extremely disappointing experience with Trail Appliances. I purchased a brand-new appliance for approximately $5,000 and paid the full amount upfront. However, when the appliance was delivered, it was not even properly wrapped or packaged, and it did not work. It has now been almost 11 months, and the issue is still unresolved. We went to Trail, after purchasing a new Maytag washer at another place. What a disappointment the Maytag was, it was very cheaply made and had so many issues. After doing research, we decided on a Speed Queen/Heubsch washer that we purchased from Trail. It was a great shopping experience and the salesman was very patient in answering our questions. Delivery was great too. We will be back again for future appliance purchases.
We're super happy with the professionalism and excellent customer service from this store, especially from Kash, the sales representative who went above and beyond to get us the best appliances and delivered quickly. He also got us an amazing deal that was hard to beat by other stores. Thanks Kash and Trail team.
