The worst retail experience we have experienced by far. Brief summary - Went to the Cloverdale location to get a washer and dryer. Had a pleasant experience with the sales guy and ended up purchasing some Huebsch washer/dryer combo ($5000 MSRP). Hiccup #1 - the first delivery present a damaged washer, fair enough. It happens. They reschedule the delivery for a week later. We get a phone call telling us that washer #2 is also damaged and that there is no more inventory available. DO NOT BUY FROM TRAIL APPLIANCE! I have had an issue with this company since February 2 regarding a fridge I bought from the Cloverdale store. They have given me the run around for 7 months. After spending countless hours on the phone with this company all this woman Mankeep will offer me is $250.00. I am a senior and my granddaughter went fishing especially to catch some halibut for me.
