I have had the pleasure of working with Surbhi Aggrawal at the Richmond store since 2024 and her customer service has earned the store a loyal customer. She has offered very knowledgeable, informative, helpful and pleasant service throughout. The responses to my inquiries are always prompt with the required information. Our washer of 18 years broke a couple of weeks ago. We went in looking for a replacement. Monti gave us lots of information to help us decide on a replacement. He was professional. We received our new washer/dryer set today. Delivery and pick up of our old appliances were exceptional. Definitely recommend.
