Ryan Paterson at Trail Richmond was the best! Great prices, delivery experience was amazing with a tracking system that was so good it was almost too much tracking lol.
When we walked in the store the sales person Nonna Karabut helped us with the stove, fridge and the dryer.She was very helpful explaining operation of appliances. We never met anybody so helpful with everything. We will always return to this store and pass on her name to our friends.
Delivery with them is an ABSOLUTE nightmare! It’s like being trapped in 1980 playing endless phone tag. My landlord ordered an appliance for them and they called to set up a delivery date. Told me they can only give a date, no time frame, not even morning/afternoon or evening until the day of, so they just expect you to take an entire day off for a 1 hour delivery. But it gets BETTER! I had to reschedule so I call them with plenty of notice and think I can reschedule right? Nope wrong, they have to approve it with my landlor... read more
