We found the washer and dryer we were looking for. Our Salesperson was Monica and she really knew the features that we required and she explained to us all the info for the set we were looking for. Very knowledgable and we ended up toatally satisfied with our purchase. Excellent service!!
Absolutely terrible service by Richard the salesman, Lucky, store manager & Sampat from resolutions team. I bought appliance package for the whole house worth $40000.00 about a year ago. Got most of the appliances delivered 2 months ago. Suppose to give me fridge and freezer panels and handle in the package. Didn't give me those either.Dacor freezer didn't come with all the necessary parts, so it doesn't make ice. Bosch dishwasher didn't come with all the parts & power supplies.
