I recently dealt with Alberto Vergara when purchasing 4 new appliances. I found him to be knowledgeable about the products and very patient answering all my questions throughout the process. When an issue arose he dealt with it swiftly and followed up with me after to insure that it had been taken care to to my satisfaction. That was very reassuring and I have no hesitation recommending him.
