A special shout-out to Marsha at Trail Appliances for her help this afternoon. She went far beyond the call of duty when I went in for help with a very simple thing that isn't so simple for a senior -- setting the digital clock, time and date. Did the merchant where I bought the stove help me? Marsha stepped up, even though she had not sold me the stove! I recently dealt with Alberto Vergara when purchasing 4 new appliances. I found him to be knowledgeable about the products and very patient answering all my questions throughout the process. When an issue arose he dealt with it swiftly and followed up with me after to insure that it had been taken care to to my satisfaction. That was very reassuring and I have no hesitation recommending him.

if there's a zero star, that is my rating. bought all appliances from trail appliance. after 1 month, dryer stopped working. they fixed it, it stopped working again. technician came again and fixed it. they also ordered in advance some parts. told me, if it stop working again, they will change some parts. it's been 5 months only since I bought it, it stopped working again. i need to wait 1 week before they can come to fix it. I was mad, i told them just change the dryer with new one. it stopped working 3 times, that's enough... read more

We found the washer and dryer we were looking for. Our Salesperson was Monica and she really knew the features that we required and she explained to us all the info for the set we were looking for. Very knowledgable and we ended up toatally satisfied with our purchase. Excellent service!!

Absolutely terrible service by Richard the salesman, Lucky, store manager & Sampat from resolutions team. I bought appliance package for the whole house worth $40000.00 about a year ago. Got most of the appliances delivered 2 months ago. Suppose to give me fridge and freezer panels and handle in the package. Didn't give me those either.Dacor freezer didn't come with all the necessary parts, so it doesn't make ice. Bosch dishwasher didn't come with all the parts & power supplies. Fisher paykel dishwasher came damaged. My faul... read more
