I worked with Victor Mihic for over a year. He helped me choose my appliances at the Nanaimo location. It was not straightforward from my end, because of changing time lines, and a necessary appliance change needed near the end of a renovation. He was very prompt in his responses, professional, patient and helpful throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Victor again in the future.
