We’ve now bought three appliances through Trail Appliances. All the salesman have been very helpful Knowledgeable and don’t upsell and show us things that we’re not interested in. The store runs like a “old school“ person to person shop rather than having to deal with a bot when you phone in. An actual person takes your call when you phone in and directs you appropriately or has someone appropriate phone back in a timely manner.
