I received excellent service at Trail Appliances in Nanaimo when I was shopping for a new washing machine and dryer. Robert, the salesman was very knowledgeable and discussed various models that he thought would suit me and the pros and cons of each unit. When I decided what I wanted we wrote up the sales contract and he explained everything to me in detail.
