We were there for opening and couldn’t believe the rude customer service we received from David. Confrontational right from the start and then said once item is delivered to our home Trail Appliance has nothing to do with the appliance once it’s plugged in and now you must deal with the manufacturer for any problems. We left and purchased elsewhere with fantastic service, free delivery and free haul away of old appliance.
We are so pleased with our entire experience with Trail Appliances. We are out of town and recommended them by a friend. Vivek handled all of our customer service questions and we were able to find all our answers, research and finalize sale online. The delivery was tracked and the drivers were very nice and helpful. Wonderful service all around, and we would highly recommend them.
