Great experience all around with sales person, coordination, and delivery and installation teams. Highly recommend!
Amazing to deal with. They honored a Samsung fridge replacement before Samsung officially agreed to replace the fridge. Prompt service department and the sales people were chill. Not pushy just informed. I will be buying my appliances from Trail going forward as the customer service was next level all around!
