We have purchased twice from Trail Appliances from this location. Brian has always served us excellently. They offer all the product that other retailers offer but also have slightly damaged product available. The delivery service is great value and worth considering. We shop all the retailers in town and make the trip to this location and have found what we want with great service.
absolute garbage. worst customer service experience of my life. if i pulled the shit they pulled with me at my job i would be fired in a second. never ever shop with these people. (the delivery guys themselves were awesome).
We only went there and didn't go inside. One of the workers was driving erratically almost caused a few accidents from Reids Corner to where he worked. He also brake checked while in front of us numerous times. We decided to follow him. As for the business I could only assume it's good as Trail Appliances have been around for years
I was very happy with the service Brian provided. the show room is spacious and clean, there are varieties of appliances you can choose from. All items are clearly marked with price as well as any cosmetic issues.
