Update December 9th 25. I emailed you (trail) two weeks ago now, and of course no reply. Again just shows the insincerity and shaty customer support. Thanks for wasting my time. Very disappointed with our experience. Terrible customer support! They don't stand behind the products they sell. Will NEVER shop here again.
We have purchased twice from Trail Appliances from this location. Brian has always served us excellently. They offer all the product that other retailers offer but also have slightly damaged product available. The delivery service is great value and worth considering. We shop all the retailers in town and make the trip to this location and have found what we want with great service.
absolute garbage. worst customer service experience of my life. if i pulled the shit they pulled with me at my job i would be fired in a second. never ever shop with these people. (the delivery guys themselves were awesome).
