We did some research prior to coming down to the Sunridge location so did have an idea as to the make and model of fridge we wanted to purchase. Bob was fantastic with his quiet yet knowledgable approach. He was also able to confirm a same day delivery! A 5 star experience! We highly recommend Trail and Bob!
Bob was a huge help he listened to our needs and found the perfect fridge we thought it was sold and Bob went the extra mile and found out it wasn't he explained about the fridge and for the first time in my life I took the extension on the warranty he was cats meow when it comes to being a sales person the best thank you so much Wayne Mcdonald
Highly recommend Thomas Taylor! I had a fantastic experience at Trail Appliances NE Calgary thanks to Thomas Taylor. I was looking into getting a Kinetico water system, and Thomas’s expertise was incredible. He took the time to explain exactly how the system works, answered all of my questions, and helped me select the perfect setup for my home without any pressure. If you are looking for knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service, ask for Thomas!
A fantastic experience fridge shopping from Ajay. Knowledgeable, ask details of household and wishes to determine the best options.
