From the time we stepped into the store Andre was very helpful. We had to get a new microwave since ours suddenly stopped working. We found an LG online we liked and Trail Appliances happened to have it in stock. Andre was very helpful and got us on our way in no time. A+ for excellent customer service.
We have bought a few appliances from Trail Appliances in Crowfoot this year. (Fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer) The staff is very knowledgeable and finding assistance in the store is very easy. Andre sold us our washer and dryer and he fully understood our needs and expectations for the new equipment. (Andre we need special pricing for an oven and a traeger next) We will definitely be back and we will send our friends and family.
