We have purchased appliances several times at Trail and always find it a painless process. (Well except for the paying part!) Andre was very helpful through the shopping as we had some space limitations. Highly recommend.

☆☆☆☆ I bought a new home three month ago appliances from Trail Appliances included a Riva hood fan. Within just three months, it started rusting. Builder told me to contact Trail, and Trail gave me a number for the “manufacturer” — but Riva has no real company or support. Only the number , nobody contact yet , Riva is Private label brand own by Trail appliances, But they asked me to contact manufacturer , There is no manufacturing company No one took responsibility for the defective product.
