Andre did an excellent job selling me three major appliances at Trail Appliances. I thank him so much for his patience and wonderful advice on the best appliances I could buy. Wonderful store with great friendly service! Andre is amazing. Rachel was fantastic in the office!
Andre was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He was honest about certain products, not trying to upsell us at all. A good experience !
Andre was wonderful helping us look for a stove, stacking washer/dryer and dishwasher. He explained things very well, listening to our objections and offering alternatives. He even suggested a water softener that Trail could install and assess my best options for a new system, testing it and showed me how their system is far superior. Andre showed the ionic(?) heat of the stove and how fast it boiled water and instantly cooled down for safety. The dryer actually wrings the water out so it doesn’t use heat to dry saving money... read more
Andre was very helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable with the appliances and listened to what we were wanting. He was not pushy which some salesmen have a tendency to be.
