Matthew LaChance helped me online to complete a purchase of a dishwasher and dryer. I had a couple questions regarding the dryer and he had answers very quickly and provided a link for one to give more details. He confirmed stock was available and jumped on my order as soon I let him know it had processed. We had agreed on a delivery day, but he double checked where both items were coming from and the dishwasher was in Calgary and would not be in Edmonton in time to meet delivery. Changed my review because I found out they're all liars at trail appliances. They claim the deliveries are better because they are Trail employees, this is a lie, they are actually sub-contractors. As a separate issue their policy is to call you an hour before delivery, and let you know they will be an hour. I was called 1 hour before the delivery was scheduled, but they told me it would be 30-45 minutes.
