Very professional delivery
I recently bought and had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed last month. I thought it would be a very stressful day as I have some bad experiences from other stores. However, this experience left us extremely satisfied. From the salesperson, Brian, to the delivery guys, Eric and Gurp (sorry), they were fantastic! Very professional and attentive to my home. Truly went above and beyond during a time of great need. Our fridge quit just a week before Christmas, and the extended warranty had literally JUST expired. We were super panicked, everything in the fridge was warm, and we needed a new one asap. Thankfully, Trail’s staff weren’t put off by my moms panic (and almost tears), and jumped in to help right away. We got our fridge delivered to our house and set up in less than 24hrs. The warranty was extremely easy to set up as well! Thank you for saving our holiday season
