Great service and great prices in this warehouse location!. I bought from them 10 yrs ago, the location has changed but the deals are great if you look! The floor service was fantastic giving me alternatives and advice! Loved the help!
Brian at the Clearance centre was knowledgeable about all the products on the floor. He managed to get us a great deal on a fridge. He got us a quick delivery date as our fridge at home was no longer working. Delivery team were excellent!
Trail appliances have been around for over 50 years. I'm a repeat customer. I love to support our local businesses, so when I needed new appliances, I knew to go to them. They offer great promotions and excellent service, from their friendly staff to a fantastic delivery experience.
Went in to check out their clearance washers and came out with a brand new one for a fraction more that suited our needs better and had a better warranty. Salesman Siti helped us, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and zero pressure. We were in and out the door with our new appliance so quick!
Obnoxiously rude delivery staff. I don’t come to your house to pick on your stuff and then overstay my welcome when it should be a 5 second delivery of absolutely the bare minimum of talking. Oh and there were parts missing.
