Trail Appliance Clearance Centre Annacis. I bought a fridge. Delivery date was Wednesday, 20th. Had issues trying to deliver. I contacted Trail. Jessica was the person I spoke to. Exceptional person to deal with. Said not to be concerned I will make sure you wont get a second charge for delivery. Next phone call was Jake the manager. He reassured me no second charge. Brian is an excellent sales associate! We have bought from him before and just purchased a new washer dryer from him, installed today. He goes over and beyond for his customers, I will always check with Brian first when looking for a new appliance. He made sure we got the best deal and when a cancelation came up for delivery he puts us in so we didnt have to wait long for delivery! Thanks very much!
The staff here are incredibly rude and demanding.
