bought washer and dryer there Payed for delivery and hook up plus extended warranty Delivery man was to busy on his cell phone to hook up properly my son had to hook it up for me so I could use it ask for repairs on washing machine they sent some one out three times all they did was play with the knobs and take vedio of the machine NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN THEY ARE HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Excellent experience. Sales person did not pressure us. Delivery men were professional; installed and tested appliance to ensure it worked. Would purchase from Trail again.
