Three appliances not working, Continually showing up late or just show up unannounced. Not acceptable. They’re lucky they only got a one star review
Great experience with Trail. I shopped online and then went in person to three different stores in my area. The higher level of service at Trail was immediately apparent. And their prices were significantly below their competition (mostly due to promotions on free delivery, installation etc). Our salesperson, Nonna, was professional, personable and really worked to satisfy our needs. She got us all the promotions which made the sale.
