Throughout the whole process of purchasing our new washer and dryer. Trail Appliamce in Edmonton has/was AMAZING. But I must give these five stars to the delivery men. Not only were they on time. They followed instructions. Did the hook ups. But they also recognized my little guy who has autism (he has a thing for big trucks) and they didn't mind showing him the truck. Interacted with him. Good day, We went to home depot, Rona to look for a fridge and it a waist of time, nobody knew nothing about their products. We decided to go to Trail Appliances and within 15 minutes we bought a LG fridge. Don Simpson made it so easy for us and he was very informative. The fridge was delivered the next days as promised. We will definitely come back and deal with Don as we are looking for a gaz top. Outstanding customer services, thank you Don for everything. Moe and Chantale
