Recently popped in 15 minutes before closing on a weekend. Was greeted by Ken Yung who was extremely helpful, not pushy, and at no point mentioned we are closing soon. If you shop retail you know close to closing most people are already checked out. Ken was great in giving us the room and space to look around, and then helped answer any of our questions. So far, so bad. Trail Appliances sold a microwave oven to us that we did not need for $1,450.00, including installation, that has caused nothing but havoc. All I wanted was a replacement for a microwave oven, something that I have had all of my life. What I got was some weird thing that has a tiny cavity, that is supposed to perform operations for which I never asked. Toast? Who cares?! Also, apparently it does not toast well. KitchenAid? Never again!
