The is our second time working with Farhad. He is efficient, friendly and always gets back to us quickly. He helps narrow down suitable options which saves so much time. He also coordinates well with the delivery and installation which is very helpful. Having a broken appliance is pretty stressful so we always appreciate Farhad's professionalism

What an unpleasant experience it was to try to buy a replacement microwave at the Rupert Street Trail Appliances store. The salesman, whose name I wish I had, launched into a tirade about microwave kits and would not allow either my husband or me to speak. When I tried, he stopped me more than once with “I know all about it”. Said he would not sell us a microwave because we were trying to fit a frame and he would not accept an opened box return if it did not fit. He was loud, obnoxious and bullying. First time buyer of appliances from this store. Pleasant store but has small selection of condo size appliances. No value added for the customer, really. Delivery & install wasn’t “white glove” as advertised. The installers have not turned the water shut off valve back on and ran the test without water and leaving during the test. I only learnt about what the issue is after the washing machine kept beeping for an hour.
