Paid $5300 over and above the contract and he refuses to come finish, won't respond to phone calls or texts, won't tell me what the paint colors and types are that he used and didn't leave any paint cans for me to finish HIS job. I was initially impressed, but after paying him the extra money and then him him not finishing a few small things and avoiding me, I'm so disappointed and quite frankly, surprised.
