Edit to my post: Courtney called me explained and apologized for the mishap. I will be given them another shot. I have heard really great things about this office and hoping my initial meeting with them was just a one off. I was scheduled to be a new patient and called two weeks ago to make an appointment. I was given an appointment for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 2:20 PM.
