Tragg has really help us through our process when we had roof damage and it needed to be serviced. He was transparent and detailed on the process and what we were to expect when the claim was to start. Excellent person/agent to work with…and not like the previous insurance company we had in our past.
Tragg and Kim were very informative and explained my life insurance policy in great detail. Very helpful and was an easy process. Highly recommend!
I have been a long time policyholder since the 1980’s. With the few claims over the years or needed changes in policies I have always had great experiences with the staff at Alfa. I recently had a somewhat complicated change in my auto policy and Kim managed each change and questions we had with competence and most importantly in a very friendly manner.
