My husband called today due to some issues with our woodstove. The lady who always answers is extremely rude and will not answer your questions. She acts like your a pest. It's our 3rd time calling in the last few years with the same issue. This will be our absolute last time we will be calling this place for help. If you are looking for high prices and very poor customer service this is the place for you!

I had a little bit of a Karen moment. I initially had left a review that was one star complaining about the price of something and I realized I was being a Karen so I deleted it (I hadn’t even called to talk to someone at this point.) After calling and talking to the ladies in the office and asking for more information - they not only answered my questions but helped me better understand how the price breaks down and how to move forward in getting a new pool liner.
