We had an excellent experience with the company.. For one reason or another my schedule kept changing and the booking employee was beyond flexible and friendly with my ever-changing appointment time.. The carpets look great, are fresh and clean, and we are happy customers!
The tech who came to my house and fixed everything was so prompt and professional. He cleaned my carpet and my sofa. He also cleaned all the mess that came from his work. My carpet looks so fresh and so neat. I'll definitely use them again in the future!
I am really amazed with how efficient the service men were. The servicemen were very punctual, kind and are such professionals. This company truly deserves a rating of a 5 out of 5 from me!
They are responsive. The folks that came to do the job were highly competent and a pleasure to deal with. And they were great about our request to avoid chemical/odor heavy cleaners. I recommend them without reservation. Excellent.
