A safe space for Men to express themselves which breaks down the stigma of Men not communicating about their mental health.
Loz is always very kind and made me feel listened too and Comfortable, I’ve been through several people in the past and always felt as if I was in control of the sessions direction and the topics I wanted to touch on. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a kind hearted councillor.
