Dr traficante is cool. His front office staff needs a lot of work. They don’t answer the phone most of the time or return calls. It has taken me almost 3 months to get a lab order sent to a different lab. After many calls and left messages, I finally drove to the office and was told “I will get to it, when I get to it”. If the doc knew how bad customer service is, I don’t think he would be very happy.
Found this doctor's office in my online insurance directory. Called to make an appointment and everything was fine. A couple days later, they call me to tell me they don't take my insurance. It shouldn't take that long to know whether you can take someone's insurance or not. Got my hopes up for a very soon appointment, now it's back to the hunt.
Warmth and kindness from the doctor all the way down through the staff. Dr. Traficante has an excellent chair-side manner. Kind, caring, and thorough. His office is exceptionally clean and the waiting room is cozy.
This Dr and staff are top notch. My husband trusts Dr Traficante immensely. He takes the time to discuss our concerns and questions.
Just left here and it was great. Office staff was nice, the doctor was helpful and explained things well. I'd definitely come here again.
