The school is very spacious. The types of martial arts are very unique and effective. Every art available at the school essentially complements the others. The price is very reasonable and you realize that this school is a great place to learn and not be exploited for money unlike some other clubs because when you are promoted you know the rank was earned.

I’ve spent the past year training at Capalbo Martial Arts Center, and can’t think of a better place to learn self-defense. Here you will find a family-like atmosphere that teaches self defense along with respect, determination, self-discipline, and instills confidence. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable in the art, patient with the students, and encourage all to work to the best of their abilities. If you are looking to learn self-defense, I highly recommend Capalbo Martial Arts Center.

I participated in a female self-defense class here with Sensei Bob and it was fantastic. The class was very informative and helpful. I am a hands-on learner and this was a great opportunity to practice on actual people. I would highly recommend this training center for males and females who are looking to learn great, hands-on self-defense skills.
