Waste of time and money. You are 100 percent better off representing yourself, at least that way you can fight for more than just having the points not being added to your license.. They tout the fact they were able to avoid points like it was some kind of great feat of accomplishment but in reality you are just paying them to delay the process and still end up paying the court. They fixed the tiket, it takes around 4 months all the process two court notice but to the end the tiket was dismissed, they know how the law works...thanks to the team..
I would give 0 stars if I could. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. My case was delayed because I was initially told I did not need fingerprinting, only to later be told that I did, which caused the case to be rescheduled. On top of that, I ended up having to pay over $300 in court fees. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and left me feeling like I had been misled. I would not recommend this team. She also denied to identify herself when asked.
