I got confused and ended calling the ticket clinic team and let me tell you this is the worse service I have ever experienced. They have the worse customer service and procedures. Go to the ticket clinic instead of the ticket clinic TEAM don’t get confused they are the worse
I am happy for the outcome of my case thanks to the traffic ticket team although I am not happy for the poor communication. I had no idea what was going on with my case. I had to call repeatedly and received no helpful short answers. I had to go onto the state courts website to even know a small amount of information of what was happening. I got a ticket for not doing a complete stop at a stop sign so I contacted ticket clinic. I called them and payed for them to fight it, they sent me an email saying it was going to court. I never heard anything after that until I got a letter in the mail 4 months later from the state saying my license is getting suspended for not paying legal fees.
