This people cannot deliver satisfactorily, I had to pay the same amount of the ticket plus their fee. However, I am supposed to be grateful because I was not convicted or "adjudicated with the violation". How is his supposed to be fair?

I think the staff is amazing , super friendly and extremely efficient . Been dealing with them for years and they've never let me down.

Llamé el mismo día que se vencía mi ticket e hice el pago con una tarjeta de credito. Tres días después me llaman a avisarme que la tarjeta no paso, y que supuestamente me habían dejado varios mensajes en un número que nunca contestaba, pero que por casualidad conteste tres días después de que se vencio el ticket. A lo cual les respondí porque se dieron cuenta que había un problema con la tarjeta tres días después? y me dijeron que no fueron tres días después sino dos días!! ...Continue Reading
