I’ve had a good experience here. I have been storing with them for over a year and the facility is secured, clean and the staff is friendly. The only thing I don’t like is there’s not someone onsite if you need help, you have to contact them via email or phone. But none the less, they’re still helpful and friendly. Much better than my last storage facility experience.
The facility is very clean and nice, but the rental process in the beginning was a little tedious. I called before our desired move in date and was advised to wait until the day we wanted to move in to complete the paperwork. It ended up taking several hours to coordinate everything. Once that was complete, we never had any issues. Our experience was good and we would rent from them again.
Great price. Easy to make happen all over the phone. Took 30 minutes and I read the fine print. Clean facility, lots of cameras, and moving equipment inside to use as well.
Clean and safe facility, perfect place to store away your things!
