The Lady at the front disk is the only good thing at this company. I bought a 24" paddle and pole. This was on Thursday and Monday I tried to return it because i was offered another job that was not flagging. I have never used it and have the original receipt. I was told then that they do not take returns on paddles. Well had I been informed of that before I bought there I would have gone else where.
