One of the Drivers made a u-turn into the rear of my 4runner. I had to track down their insurance to file a claim on their behalf two weeks after the accident. The accident happened on 10/31/2024. Their insurance company has only contacted me once since then. My insurance has tried to reach their insurers and yet to receive call back as well. I had to pay a deductible to get my car repaired.
