Awesome and cool attorneys These guys were actually both spectacular. I can't believe I got a second DUI, and a racing charge. Skubiak absolutely kicked ass in court and clearly the judge loved him. The other amazing thing was that he took plenty of time to explain his motions to me and tried to make me feel as relaxed as I could given my cases. I was ripped off. I paid them a lot of money and all they did was go to court for me. They didn't even show up for my court date. They got some other lawyer to go for me. I got charged court costs, my full ticket fee. I could have gone to court for myself and not had to pay them! It could have saved me a lot of money and I probably would have had a better outcome. I feel like I was ripped off.

DON'T DO IT ! I submitted a simple $136 speeding ticket from Winter Park to them with a check for their $100 fee. They came back two months later informing me to pay $394 for fines and court costs. You do the math and tell me why people hate attorneys.
Lawyers with a heart I was charged with a DUI in September, I was terrified.. I was trying to figure out how I was going to pay for a lawyer, I called everyone I could find and they all hung up on me. Then I found Skubiak & Rivas, the only lawyers in town with a heart. They no only took my case but managed to get the best outcome possible in my case. I have no jail time and it will not effect my background. Being in the health field this was critical for me. Skubiak & Rivas are AWESOME I used Mr. Rivas and he did an excellent job for me. They got me no points and I was doing close to 100 mph. I have used many attorneys for my bad driving record and they are by far the BEST in the business.

very pleased!! First, if you do not want to use a attorney service, drive carefully, if you don't drive carfully and have a ticket, I recomend this firm!! Very clear up front, give you the pros and cons , no surprises. Explain to me very well all my risk. Everytime answer the phone with and answer, if you have the results you want, I not even worry to speak with a lawyer, unless is really urgent, was'nt my case. sweet and professional I was handed an unfair citation for speeding. I was picked from a line of cars going bumper to bumper and was cited for speeding. I contacted the office of Skubiak & Rivas and everything was handled by their office with little involvement on my part. It was very convenient, pain free, and very professional. I am very grateful.
