I have been with this Surgery/Health Centre since 1969. I have seen many changes as I am now 90. You also cared superbly for my late husband. I want to tell you all how well you look after me with dignity and care. I have never had a cross word with a Receptionist as they too are caring and sympathetic. Poor under trained recruitment program to ignore health needs
What is the point in being registered to a doctor if you. An never get an appointment. I called 138 times overa week, starting at 8am on the dot. I could never get through to make an appointment for my daughter who was struggling to walk with a hip problem. I am having to pay to go privately. What is the point in our NHS?
