I found them to be great .Natalie was very helpful
The whole experience was traumatic. We built on Gabriola in 2022-2023 . One door wasn't centered on the wall in the hall. Damage done by trades partially repaired but not replaced. Front door frame chipped , hole in shower , scratched windows ,over sanding of gyprock. Anything we upgraded (metal roof) cost way above market value. They would not give us a break down of costs so we could get the GST rebate. Trafalgar Homes got our money and didn't care about the finished product.
