Terrible! Purchased a condo here and at closing I was told I will be contacted by the building management. Didn’t receive any call, called the number listed and the one my agent gave me for the property manager but got no response. I paid a $490 moving fee at close, but have no access to a dock station or even a code to the building to let movers in. I’ve seen this building when it was constructed, and unfortunately it is really cheap construction. The structure simply is not good enough to justify the $400k that they want per unit. As a developer encouraging investment in the area you’ve got to be spending on the structure and unfortunately this is not a good example of this.
