I’ve been to many facilities. I have to say this one is by far the best we’ve been to in the surrounding area. We are very pleased with how well the staff interact with the residents. They are always pleasant and welcoming! The caregivers are amazing with our loved ones. It’s clean & very well run. I would recommend this facility over any we’ve been to in the past. My mom has been Traditions of Mill Creek for 4+ years in the memory unit. The facility has been through many changes; however since the current management of 2 years the care of residents and the physical building has improved significantly. The current ED is available for concerns and is responsive to resident's needs. She has empathy and follows up on concerns.
