I was there today for a visit. About 10 memory care people out in front of the dining room, not a caregiver in sight for 40 minutes. This was around 11 today. Lunch is usually at 11:30 but almost noon before they were given anything. The women that have to be fed had a plate set in front of them. No one to help. One lady I talk with was missing. My mom is now a very happy resident of Traditions of Mill Creek. We looked at many facilities in our surrounding area, and there are a lot of good places. However, Traditions is THE place for her. The time of transition for anyone moving from living alone to a IL/AL facility is complicated and hard - such change. The residents were very happy to be there and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas.. Cindy was very pleasant and informative.

Cindy is the only person in my life I have ever seen react with residents like she does. Residents would stop m e and say I ❤️ her
