I am very happy with my newly built home in the Rose Ridge Traditions of America Community. With Traditions, you have many structural and design options. You can truly make your home your own! You are assigned a Personal Builder who is responsible for your home. My Personal Builder was very responsive and insured that my design choices were executed. Our new home is beautiful. Communication was and is great. From the first day we drove in to the development until now we have been impressed and happy we found this community. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Our personal builder Ted Griffith is incredible. He was and remains available for anything we need and responds to questions immediately.
