The builder manager assigned to us was excellent. Ted kept us informed with weekly updates as soon as the ground was broken. The design process took much longer than I thought it would and the communication was less than perfect. It made for some stressful worrying of the timeline being kept. Also, with only two in person Meeting with our design stylist And the rest via email made things quite confusing . Our experience at TOA was above and beyond what we expected. Beginning with Lori in Sales, moving on to Nanci in Design, and ending with Tyler, the Builder, couldn't be happier. Lori was involved every step of the way and never hesitated to resolve issues or direct us to the proper department. She always called back right away if we had questions or concerns. Nanci is an amazing Designer who knew our taste within minutes of our first meeting with her and did a phenomenal job designing inside and suggesting upgrades outside. ... read more
From beginning to end, we were met with knowledgeable and caring individuals. Nanci (the designer) and Tyler (our personal builder) took great care to help us and see us through the process. We are super pleased.
We decided on Traditions of America in Chesterfield because of the welcoming community, beautiful house plans, and excellent location. We were not disappointed. The realtors, designers, builders and all the folks who work here made a tremendous effort to see that we were happy every step of the way. We appreciate the work of the whole team: Anne, Aly, Chris, Alex, Amanda, Kim, LaQuesta, and Delina were all great. We highly recommend this community.
