The only reliable thing about this location is the lack of customer service. Employees generally ignore customers, to the point of not even making eye contact, even when you're in the store for 20+ minutes. The employees never greet you or offer to help. They have great (high end) tile, I have an account there and I've purchased tile there in the past but every time I go in it's an uninviting atmosphere and it always feels like you're inconveniencing the staff to ask for help.
Too expensive
Great selection and a great team here for all your tile needs!! Chandler and Tori will always make sure you are taken care of.
Misinformation and miscommunication contributed to 4 weeks (twice as long)of delivery for simple pieces of tiles.Will not return for my future home renovation projects,no solutions offered from both manager and customer service.
