We used this location for our entire house tile renovation. Tori & Chandler were extremely helpful. Tori is fantastic with color and design. Very happy!!
I would highly recommend Traditions, and honestly, the main reason is Tori. We originally went to Dal-Tile and had a pretty disappointing experience. The service felt rushed, and we didn’t get much guidance, which made the whole process frustrating. Then we went to Traditions and met Tori, and that completely changed everything. We have a large reno project and making decisions is getting frustrating. Tori made looking for tile and grout so much easier. She has fantastic taste and is super laid back. When we told her our price points she gave options that might be similar to what we were looking for that would better fit our budget. Thank you Tori! I would not hesitate to come to you for any future projects. Our project is not yet done but so far I love everything she helped us choose!!!!!
Tori made my visit a huge success. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers perfect suggestions. It was a pleasure working with her and I know my family will love the results.
The only reliable thing about this location is the lack of customer service. Employees generally ignore customers, to the point of not even making eye contact, even when you're in the store for 20+ minutes. The employees never greet you or offer to help. They have great (high end) tile, I have an account there and I've purchased tile there in the past but every time I go in it's an uninviting atmosphere and it always feels like you're inconveniencing the staff to ask for help.
