Traditions has been bought out by Vital Care. Both agency's have done in my opion a terrible job of making Steve's last months on this earth à positive time for him. Discharging him from care because he's still alive, not helping to provide a plan for him to get the appropriate in home care a quadriplegic needs to survive day by day.
Courtney and Natasha was the best care team ever, my husband loved them and we love them too
Traditions has been extremely user friendly and has helped us tremendously! Compassionate hospice I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for all you do for our residents and families!
Awesome staff thanks for everything
The hospice care Mother received was characterized by little communication among caregivers. She was often not given prescribed treatments or medications because the hospice caregiver was not providing that information or medicine to the care facility. My brothers and I were able to stay with Mom everyday that she was in hospice care, so we witnessed the disorganization and lack of follow-through on commitments.
