The food was outstanding—the buffet was well organized, constantly replenished, and served efficiently so everyone could enjoy their meal without long waits. Traditions catered our daughter's quinceanera on 8/8/26. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. Since the first contact, up to the last minute touches. They were very professional, respectful and responsive when I needed something answered. What I liked the most is that the lead stayed on site in case something was needed. I highly recommend and will use again in the future.
We used Traditions to cater my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Annie and Zanny were a pleasure to work with especially given my last minute booking. Everything was seamless and Annie stayed on site for a bit to make sure everything was going smoothly. We started with spinach and artichoke dip with pitas, fruit, and lumpia.
