Michael just installed a new bathtub for me after we found my old one had a huge leak. We upgraded and electrical was required since it has jets. He was able to get the job done quickly, very professional, and very responsive. We have worked with a lot of substandard contractors and I'm very happy Michael was wayy above par. I would recommend him and rehire him.
After hiring some cheap guys I immediately regret it. They would not show up on time etc… then I found Mike at Traditions built, he and his team came to my house n a Saturday quoted me and started working same day. I can’t say enough about how great this team is. Local guys, responsive and quality of work. I highly recommend.
Michael shows up whenever he wants to, on a shed being built, never answers our calls or texts. Have not heard from him in 3 weeks after he was paid $4k. He was paid $15k total and didn’t finish the job with half the job left. Very unprofessional, do NOT recommend. Traditions built was found by 4k Construction, no work was done on our shed by 4k. Asked for an estimate to rebuild my kitchen after Ian flooded the house. They set an appointment, but never showed up and never called. I called to reschedule, left message but got no response. I left a comment on Facebook, and was told "I was rude" to expect a little common courtesy. I guess my rebuild project didn't have enough money in it for them. Update: Owner called me on Wednesday, set appointment for Thursday. No show, no call on Thursday. No return of my call on Thursday afternoon. Now claiming his grandmother's fun... read more
