Building our home with Traditions proved to be a disappointing and continues to be a frustrating experience. While our initial interaction with the sales representative was excellent, the quality and professionalism declined significantly once construction began. The initial build process for our Wyoming home was fine, although communication could have been better. We have now lived in our home for only 2.5 years and significant issues are cropping up (of course outside of the warranty period) that have us questioning the quality of the construction. Our back door shifted in its framing leading to a leak that caused water damage as well as mold that required remediation and replacement of flooring, sub flooring, and the door itself. I will happily recommend Traditions Group as a great builder to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Lori, their sales rep, when my buyers decided to build with Traditions. Her communication was great, she was patient, caring, and a great listener to what my clients wants and needs were. They take great pride in the homes they build and are attentive to detail. 5 stars all the way!
