Very bad customer service I bought 2 pairs of earrings and 2 rings from their store (Traditions fashions Ltd) on Monday and when I came back home I opened the box to try it , the piece came off from the top of 1 pair when I asked them to exchange it and he ( The Owner) clearly said no he can’t do that. Outstanding customer service. Very good quality jewellery pieces. They make the best bangle sets matching with your outfits. Reasonable pricing for full necklace sets. They don't push you to buy any piece. You feel comfortable shopping.

I had an amazing experience at the store. I got my engagement jewelry from them. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. They listned to me and showed me a lot of options. They were very patient as I was deciding and and great thing was that they not try to rush things at all . I will definitely be buy from them again.
