Kev Kobran gave the best taper in Toms River. And 45$ bucks is a steal for that good of a cut. I will come back 100% -Abdul
The best barbershop, I have cut my hair 2 times with Kev Kobran and the truth is that it is VERY good, it seeks conversation and is very kind, it also breathed my shoes to remove my hair I appreciated that, if I had to recommend someone, it would be him.
