I'm trying to get into the mobile app but it won't accept my password after I got an email saying I need to change it so I did. I don't like flying blind, I'd like to be able to see how much I have in my account. It's been about a week now and I still can't get in.
The least human service I've experienced to date. Your small town branding is on par with Yorks overall dark cloud and bad attitude, that's for sure. Everything that was attractive about this bank a decade ago is gone...with poor and often rude service, not to mention predatory practices, why even bother? Worth noting in 12 years here, I've not had a single debit card work read 100% of the time after about 6 months. Thank goodness for tap I guess.
