The least human service I've experienced to date. Your small town branding is on par with Yorks overall dark cloud and bad attitude, that's for sure. Everything that was attractive about this bank a decade ago is gone...with poor and often rude service, not to mention predatory practices, why even bother? Worth noting in 12 years here, I've not had a single debit card work read 100% of the time after about 6 months. Thank goodness for tap I guess.

Fantastic experience with Traditions Bank and Traditions Mortgage. My husband and I got our mortgage here and they were able to help with a swing loan too. We opened a checking account with Brittney, which was a great, painless experience and we saved $150 off of our mortgage closing costs for opening the account! I highly recommend Traditions Bank, they’re so helpful!
