The ladies at the White street branch are always a delight. They are very welcoming and willing to help with any issue. I know when I email them, i will receive a response in a timely manner. Thank you for all the help you offer!
I went there to deposit money from my church. I am a money counter for the month of September. The teller did not know what she was doing it took her over 15 minutes to finish my transaction. Meanwhile the other teller put 2 other people through her line plus a drive thru. Very frustrating. I also have a personal account there. Every time I go in to do business, there is always new people there ever since they merged with ACNB. Not Happy with the service since they merged
This new transfer to ACNB bank is the worse. I used to be happy with this bank until the transfer now it’s horrible. They have stolen over $300 in NSF fees. They wouldn’t let me catch up to get a break. Never in all the years has this happened here until the new bank took over and they also charge $40 in NSF fees now. Don’t do it. Find another bank, sadly I will be too. They robbed me.
Very patient and pleasant staff. Rosa and Jen are literally the A team. We miss Mallory but these 2 are so capable. Dr Uhrik
He is a super nice and kind person with people, I feel comfortable attending there because they receive me with graces, they are very kind and they help me a lot because of my Spanish language, I thank them .
