Let me just start by stating my original mortgage thru the same bank, was pleasure with Ed Leckrone. 5 Stars all the way with him. As far as Fiona D. Eyster for my second mortgage I would give 0 stars if I could. My wife and I originally were approved in 2021 for a fixed rate of 3.25. We started with traditions bank over 8 years ago and liked the people and bank immediately. It is a local bank, and it shows in many ways. Yesterday, I was in for a wire transfer when Sherrie made a suggestion to make it easier for me. She did a good job. I would recommend you check out this bank. Great service and people. Came into the White St branch literally as they were locking the door and Mallory was gracious enough to let me still get my transaction completed! In a hurry to make it before they closed at 12, I forgot my wallet and ID, luckily they have our ID in the system and the trip was easy, quick (less than 5mins) and still pleasant! Thank you Mallory!!
