Rosamaria is so helpful and friendly when I go into the White St. branch!!! She makes banking at Traditions an absolute pleasure!
Extremely disappointing experience. I attempted to deposit a check issued by Finanta/Community First Fund, a known partner of the York County Economic Alliance. I was given inconsistent explanations regarding the availability of funds. Initially, I was told the delay was due to the amount of the check. Later, I was told it was because the branch had “never received a check from Finanta,” despite Finanta being affiliated with the same economic network as Bloom, whose checks they have accepted without issue. I went there to deposit money from my church. I am a money counter for the month of September. The teller did not know what she was doing it took her over 15 minutes to finish my transaction. Meanwhile the other teller put 2 other people through her line plus a drive thru. Very frustrating. I also have a personal account there. Every time I go in to do business, there is always new people there ever since they merged with ACNB. Not Happy with the service since they merged

The ladies at the White street branch are always a delight. They are very welcoming and willing to help with any issue. I know when I email them, i will receive a response in a timely manner. Thank you for all the help you offer!
