The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and I’ve enjoyed living here with friendly, respectful neighbors. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the HOA leadership. I submitted a request for access on July 7th and still haven’t received a resolution—just a vague note that it was “sent to the service provider.” Meanwhile, other residents (especially those close to the board) have no issue accessing amenities or ignoring rules, like bringing alcohol into the pool, without consequence. I like it here. Very quiet. However, the HOA board is out of control. Enforce unnecessary rules, but allow pets to crap everywhere. Dues are too high for what we get and they don’t look for ways to save such as, LED lighting on street lanterns, cutting down on landscaping costs, etc. Generally the residents are great, but I couldn’t recommend anyone on a budget or with kids to buy here.

Not family friendly place if you have kids, meaning that you can't have a basketball hoop outside and they will tow your car with no warning if it sits for acouple of days without being driven and lie to shamrock the tow truck company that the car need tow because it been sitting for a month.
