Outstanding facility and outstanding personnel. They make it easy for transitioning folks to get comfortable and become part of a family type living environment
While making the transition itself was difficult, I love having my grandparents close by. Traditions helped with that process immensely. The staff are amazing; they are always very helpful and sincere. They show genuine care and compassion for their residents and their loved ones. I love how clean and lively things are, every time we go to visit there is something new going on. I love that my grandparents now have a community to grow with as they age, that still allows them a great amount of flexibility and independence.
My in-laws are in assisted living. The facility is great and the staff are excellent. Very impressed with the help in the transition process.
We are so very happy with Traditions. One of my favorite things is the staff knows EVERY SINGLE resident! Every time you pass a staff member in the hallway, they stop and speak with you. They take the time to help if you need it, or chat with you. My parents especially enjoy the staff in the dining hall. They joke around and laugh with the residents. Mealtime is a pleasure.
