Sarah, the closing manager at Traditions Abstract, made our closing day a breeze. She came up with a creative solution so we were able to make one quick trip into the office of our choice to sign all our docs to both close on one place and purchase our new place. She made us feel at ease with her professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend coming here if you have a choice.
My clients have used Traditions Abstract on numerous occasions at this point and each time the transaction went flawlessly. They were on top of things from the start and my clients were very pleased. I would recommend Traditions Abstract to anyone buying a home in the greater Lehigh Valley area.
Be aware, this is a very poorly run and unorganized title company. I was an out of town seller and it was the buyers choice for the title company but they were incompetent. They asked for same documents more then once, the couldn't get my SSN right on a form, when they called about something they had the wrong settlement date, and didn't get my wire transfer in the same day of settlement. Terrible!
