The movers came up on time and did everything for my move out to NYC. There were no discrepancies, and when it turned out I needed my glass table packed better - Louis the dispatch took care of it. Great company with an attention to a customer.
A 5-star company from a start to finish - sales representative to movers to customer service. Had to change the date of the pickup almost last moment because I had to fly out for work purposes - and Traditional accommodated the changes with no extra charges. P.S. Elvin's the man!
I was quoted by 5 different moving companies for my studio apartment. And I made the right decision by choosing Traditional. They were organized and efficient and made my move as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them and use them again.
We hired these guys after getting back dozens of quotes from other companies.These guys were amazing and most of all they were all in sync and worked well as a team. Super careful, fast and professional. I ended up paying less which lead to a better tip for the fantastic crew. I've multiple moved times in my life. This was a great move, everything could not have gone more smoothly. The movers arrived right on time and were incredibly nice and professional. Everything was done in exactly the given window, with the team communicating with me every step of the way. They also included storage that helped out with me and my family finding a place in San Diego. The customer service leading up to, during and following the move were also exceptional. Very communicative and supportive!
