The food is absolutely delicious, you can choose between multiple types of meat and many many veggies, and the portions (also in different sizes) are great and accessible. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the service is neat and clean. Totally recommend this place it is probably my favourite in the City area.
By far the best option for the price, as good as if not better than the usual chains you find all over the place and none of the time spent queuing

been going here for years now. 10x better than any of the chains nearby for a filling bowl of healthy + protein rich food. the owners are really friendly too which is another reason i love to come back. obrigado for the hundreds of good lunches. also barely ever have to wait over 2 mins for your food
