Bad customer service overpriced quotes, poor time management. Look elsewhere.
We recently hired Leo and Traditional Paint Company for our full exterior house painting. They were punctual, courteous, and the painting job on the house looked amazing. They went above and beyond to make the everything look amazing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible and thorough painting company.
Apparently, this company hires drivers with road rage issues and anger management. One of their shining representatives tailgated me for nearly a mile on 80E. The moment I let him over, he flipped me off like a child and shouted insults. He then sped off toward the Terrell exit. If this is how their employees behave on the road, imagine how their customer service is!
We recently used Traditional Paint Company and they were awesome. Punctual, great customer service and did a fabulous job in the paint job! House was cleaned and back together after they left! You could hardly tell they were hear.
