I’ve been back and forth all morning trying to get my bank statements and the lady I spoke to at this branch said they can’t send them as a PDF, my only option would be to come in and pick them up. Which is over a 30 minute drive for me. I’m so glad I thought to call my branch in Mt. Sterling, KY! She was able to send them through email and as a PDF through my app! I'd give them a zero if I could. THEY CANT FO CASH ADVANCES OR ANY OTHER SERVICE IVE GONE IN THERE FOR IN THE PAST. ADVICE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
