Purchased a heat pump from traditional air systems. In the first two years, it was serviced many times And traditional air systems was unable to repair it. It took two other companies and over $1000 to find out that the installation was done poorly What I found disappointing is that the technicians had less than three years experience And one newly graduated without a senior technician with him to do the repair
This company is excellent—very professional, reliable, and helpful from start to finish. The technician arrived right away when help was needed and completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. Everything was done perfectly the first time, with no complaints and no need for a return visit. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Our heating system stopped working properly in our industrial unit, so we called Traditional Air Systems. They sent a technician named Jeff, who was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He spent hours diagnosing the issue — going from the rooftop unit to inside over and over — and never once seemed rushed.
