The team at Tradition Outdoor Living and the crews working on our project were top notch start to finish. Jarrod provided great guidance and ideas for our patio cover and outdoor kitchen. There was constant communication on scheduling, timing and steps in the process leaving no doubt about what was happening when. The end result is fantastic and a wonderful compliment to our existing backyard area just in time for the spring and summer seasons. I’ve had a great experience working with Jarrod in building my covered patio. We discussed in the beginning what I wanted and I showed him pictures and he showed me past designs they created. We agreed, signed a contract and Jarrod made sure we were on schedule. There was constant communication of when workers would be at the house. We had a great experience working with Blake at Tradition Outdoor Living – this is one of the few contractors I have worked with that I would recommend with absolutely no reservations. We had several companies come out to quote adding an attached covered patio on our pool deck. We are so happy with our new Tradition Outdoor Living patio/living space! Every subcontractor performed excellent work, including politeness, willingness to please, and thorough cleanup. Our Tradition project manager was extremely professional and communicated with us every step of the way, which seems to be rare these days. He was on site for all the work and also follow-up visits.
